A state of the southern United States located on the Gulf of Mexico. Louisiana was incorporated as the 18th state in 1812. It is the part of the major area claimed by La Salle for France in 1682, it was successfully settled in 1718 with the base of New Orleans. The dominion of Orleans was created in 1804 when the northern part was separated to form the District of Louisiana. Baton Rouge is the capital and New Orleans is the largest city. Population estimated as 4,520,000.

New Orleans: Real Estate: Property value in central New Orleans is gone up by 49.1% since August 2005 (Times Picayune). It is very enthusiastic to learn about the rebuilding of New Orleans. The city would be greater than ever. This rise in property value is due to the new construction and remodeling. This is also the right time to own a home with a great bargain in an excellent area for a great discount.

New Orleans is going to be alright. As this beautiful town was damaged by Hurricane Katrina, the market is very quiet. It will be rebuilt better than ever. This is a great opportunity for New Orleans to have a fresh start.
