Why is "Baltimore" considered the only county here. If you want "cheap" real estate, come to Western Maryland... more appropriately Cumberland, MD where we have houses vacant waiting desperately for buyer and someone to fix them up. Warning: bring your own internet or telecommuting job because the locals could accuse you of "stealing THEIR job" even if they are canned from it. Slide in slowly and buy a decent house for well under $100,000. The bottom of decent is about $40,000! Don't brag, be sure to understate yourself and make new jobs for the unemployed.
