North Carolina is a state situated in the Southeastern part of United States with its Atlantic Seaboard. North Carolina was one of the original Thirteen Colonies, and the base for the first English colony in the Americas. At present, North Carolina is a fast-growing state with an increasingly diverse economy and population about 8,683,242, 79% raised since April 1, 2000. Because of its wide range of elevation from sea level on the coast to over 6,000 feet in the mountains, North Carolina has the most varied climate of all the Southeastern states.

Charlotte: Real Estate: Charlotte is on the top of the list when it is concerned to real estate investment. It has a lower buy-in, as in Atlanta, single family residences ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 with a good rental market commanding over $1,100 to $1,200 for that price range.
