Cleveland is the second largest city of Ohio and is the seat of Cuyahoga County. EDUCATION: Cleveland is base of the number of colleges and universities. Most outstanding among these is 'Case Western Reserve University', a world-renowned research and teaching institution located in University Circle. “Case” is a private university, its a top rated university in Ohio, 37th rank is given by U.S. News & World Report and it holds several top-ranked graduate programs. University Circle is also posses the Cleveland Institute of Art, the Cleveland Institute Of Music and Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. The only District in Ohio ' the Cleveland School District' is under direct control of the mayor, who appoints a School Board. It is the biggest K-12 district in the state with 127 schools and around 69,500 students enrolled for the academic year 2005-06.
